I'm skeptical that this was the first time he was tortured and programmed, since he already knew George Bush Jr. and Jon Voigt. He was 14, yet he was punching a 33-year-old man inside of the White House? Furthermore, he says he was "staying" at someone's house. Where were his parents?

His parents had sold him to Jon Voight as a slave. The back story to this is here:

Can you explain the Steely Dan quote?

I always heard it was about dormitories being raided and students busted for weed and their academic plans ruined because the Dean invited the cops in.

Who is Daddy G?

Steely Dan is deep. IGY talks about the mag-lev trains in the underground tunnels, and about the Wingmakers, which are the leaders in a future timeline in which humanity is ruled by AI.

The line, "California tumbles into the sea" is a future timeline with that kind of cataclysm. (https://inscribedonthebelievingmind.blog/2022/10/03/addendum-the-wingmakers-duncan-cameron/)

I think Daddy G may be Daddy George, and Chino may be the China Lake Naval Weapons Center, which had a DUMB controlled by the Satanists which contained weapons "more powerful than nuclear weapons." (See https://inscribedonthebelievingmind.blog/2022/04/24/world-line-correction-majestic-program/)
